The 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to SweatStop and EVERDRY antiperspirants.
If you are not satisfied with one of our antiperspirants in any way, you will get your money back. Promised! Please note the following instructions on how to proceed. The 30-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary service provided by Functional Cosmetics Company AG. This can be claimed within 30 days of receiving the goods. It applies to all antiperspirants purchased from this shop. The statutory right of withdrawal applies regardless of this.
Please follow the procedure described below carefully.
Procedure
- Send us an email to contact@functional-cosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for the return or call us
- Your 30-day deadline will be met
- We will advise you on how to use the product, offer you the right product for your needs or inform you about the exact process of returning the product
- You are satisfied or you will receive the value of the goods back
- The return must be preceded by advice from our customer service. To do this, the customer must report their concern in writing or by telephone in advance. If no solution could be found after consulting or exchanging the product, the full purchase price will be refunded excluding shipping costs.
- The costs of returns (outside the 14-day cancellation period) are to be borne by the customer.

Unpaid and unannounced shipments
- Unpaid and unannounced returns within the 30-day money-back guarantee (and outside the 14-day cancellation period) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Any additional fees incurred are to be borne by the customer.
